Egg White Protein Smoothie


This is a good one & high in protein that doesn't come in powder format.

Combine 1/3 cup 100% liquid egg whites, ice, a splash of coconut milk, some water (or juice), a frozen banana and some cinnamon. Blend until desired smoothness.
Has about 25 grams of protein.

  1. SP: I know this is an old post, but just wanted to pass along for any reader. Egg whites DO come in a protein powder, either mixture, as unflavored (like what I use). About 75 calories and 21g of protein per 1/4 cup.
