BBQ Beef Brisket on Paleo bread and Broccoli slaw


We roasted the brisket in the oven (4 hours at 300F), but in the past AND in the future we'd do 8-9 hours in the slow cooker. It was still good though. Topped with spices like pepper, paprika, sea salt, garlic.
Placed atop coconut flour bread and drizzled with BBQ sauce.
Slaw: buy broc slaw mix in market, add 1/4 cup dried fruit (we used cranberries) and 1/4 cup chopped nuts, we used a mix of almonds (mostly almonds), walnuts and pistachios. Mix with dressing - either Paleo mayo (1 egg plus copious amounts of oil blended to thicken) or your favorite cole slaw dressing.

Easy dinner with little prep.
